Who we build for

Businesses

A credible company website or a store that takes orders, built to explain the offer and capture enquiries.

Schools

Admissions, fees, notices, results and gallery — so the office stops answering the same ten questions.

Colleges

Programme catalogues, department pages, faculty profiles and role-based editing for every department.

Startups & founders

A landing page or a first product site that loads fast, looks credible and is ready to take sign-ups.

Professionals

Personal sites and portfolios that put the work first and load in a fraction of a second.

Retail & hospitality

Catalogues, menus, galleries and enquiry flows built for people browsing on a phone.

Services

Eleven services, each scoped and priced honestly

A service page for each of these explains exactly what you get, how long it takes, what it costs and what it does not include. Start with the one that matches your project.

Why teams choose us

A build process designed around outcomes, not templates

Every project is different, but the things that make a website work well are consistent. These are the commitments we hold ourselves to on every build.

Performance is a requirement, not a phase

Every build ships with a Core Web Vitals budget: compressed assets, modern image formats, minimal client-side JavaScript and no layout shift. We measure the real built page, not a prototype.

SEO groundwork, done properly

Semantic structure, unique metadata, self-referencing canonicals, clean URLs, breadcrumbs, structured data and an XML sitemap are part of the build — so search engines can understand and index the site from day one.

Written for the people who read it

No keyword stuffing, no hidden text, no duplicated paragraphs. Every page explains a real service, answers a real question and gives you a clear next step.

You own everything

Code, content, domains and hosting accounts are created in your name. If we stop working together you can hand the project to any developer without a rebuild.

Small team, direct contact

You talk to the person building the site. There is no account-manager layer between your questions and the code.

Honest scoping

If a five-page brochure site will do the job, we say so instead of selling a web application you do not need. Budgets stay realistic and timelines hold.

Process

How a project runs from first message to launch

Six stages with clear approval points. You always know what is happening, what is blocked, and what we need from you.

  1. 01

    Discovery & scope

A short call or written brief. We map your pages, features, content you already have and the outcomes you need — then agree a fixed scope and a realistic launch date.

  2. 02

    Structure & design

Wireframes first, then visual design. You approve the layout before a line of production code is written, so the site is right on structure rather than expensive to change later.

  3. 03

    Build & content

Responsive, accessible build using modern component patterns, plus your real content — not lorem ipsum. Page titles, headings and internal links are written for search, not bolted on later.

  4. 04

    SEO & performance pass

Metadata, canonicals, structured data, sitemap, image optimisation and a Core Web Vitals budget measured on the built site — not just in a design tool.

  5. 05

    Launch & handover

Deploy to your hosting, set up redirects, analytics and search consoles, then a recorded walkthrough so your team can update the site confidently.

  6. 06

    Maintenance & iteration

Updates, backups, uptime monitoring and small improvements on request. A website is a product you keep operating, not a file you hand over once.

Technology

Technology we build with

Chosen for maintainability, speed and long-term cost, not novelty. We explain any decision we make so you are not dependent on us to keep the site running.

Next.js
Framework

Static-first rendering, image pipeline and routing. Ships almost no JavaScript to visitors.

React + TypeScript
Language

Typed components mean fewer regressions when a site is edited six months later.

Tailwind CSS
Styling

A constrained design system keeps spacing and colour consistent across every page.

PostgreSQL
Data

For directories, catalogues, bookings and admin panels that need real relational data.

Prisma ORM
Data access

Type-safe queries and reversible migrations, so schema changes are safe and reviewable.

Cloudflare
Edge & hosting

CDN, caching and static hosting close to the visitor, which is the cheapest speed win available.

Plausible / GA4
Analytics

Privacy-friendly measurement, or GA4 if you need it. No dark patterns, no cookie banner theatre.

Vercel / Netlify
Deployments

Preview builds per branch, instant rollback, and no server to maintain.

Included as standard

What every website we build includes

These are not upsells. They are the parts of a website that decide whether it loads quickly, ranks, works on a phone and can be maintained afterwards.

  • Semantic structure and one clear H1

Real heading hierarchy and landmark elements, so assistive technology and search engines can both understand the page.

  • Unique metadata on every page

Distinct titles and meta descriptions written for humans, plus a self-referencing canonical so no page competes with another.

  • A working Core Web Vitals budget

Modern image formats, reserved image dimensions, minimal client JavaScript and no layout shift. Measured on the built site.

  • Structured data that matches the page

Organization, WebSite, Service, BreadcrumbList and FAQPage markup only where the same content is visible on the page.

  • XML sitemap and robots policy

Generated from the same data that builds the pages, so a new city page can never be missing from the sitemap.

  • Handover you can actually use

Recorded walkthrough, written notes, and a CMS your team can edit without a developer.

Performance, measured not assumed

We check the exported site the way a visitor experiences it: Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift on a mid-range phone profile. If a build misses the budget, we fix it before launch rather than explaining it afterwards.

  • Server Components by default, client components only where interactive
  • Responsive images in modern formats with intrinsic sizing
  • System-font fallbacks so text never shifts on load
  • No carousel or animation library unless it earns its weight

Honest about search

We build the technical conditions that search engines need in order to crawl, understand and index a site. We do not promise a position, a first-page ranking or a specific keyword, because those depend on competition, authority and content — none of which a website build can guarantee.

This website — static-first marketing site

RenukaDev (our own build)

The site you are reading. Built as a fully static Next.js export with no server at request time, city pages generated at build time, and a strict Core Web Vitals budget. It doubles as a reference implementation for how we build client sites.

Outcome
Every page is pre-rendered HTML, so content is available to search crawlers and visitors before any JavaScript executes.

  • Tailwind CSS
  • JSON-LD

Automated SEO validation pipeline

RenukaDev (internal tooling)

A build-time validation script that checks unique titles, descriptions and canonicals, valid slugs, per-location content completeness, related-location integrity, sitemap coverage, orphan pages, broken internal links and accidental noindex directives across the exported HTML.

Outcome
A build fails when critical SEO data is missing, so a regression cannot reach production unnoticed.

Reusable design system and component kit

RenukaDev (capability demo)

The design system behind this site: a constrained set of type, colour, spacing and component tokens with accessible default states. Shown as a demo of how we keep a growing site visually consistent without a designer on every page.

Outcome
New pages can be assembled from existing components, so a site stays visually coherent as it grows.

Multi-variant storefront demo

RenukaDev (capability demo)

A demonstration storefront showing product variants, stock-aware availability, a mobile-first cart and a checkout hand-off to a payment provider. Built to show how we structure a catalogue for a real store without using a real client's data.

Outcome
Illustrates the product, cart and checkout structure we use when scoping e-commerce work.

FAQ

Questions we get asked on every first call

Straight answers, including the parts most websites leave vague.

Frequently asked questions about web development

How much does a website cost?
A focused business website usually starts in the low tens of thousands of rupees, a landing page from a few thousand, and e-commerce or a custom web application is quoted after scoping. The number depends on page count, features, integrations and how much of the site your team needs to edit. You get a fixed written quote before work starts, and we will tell you if a smaller build would genuinely do the job.
How long does development take?
A five to eight page business website is usually three to five weeks from approved design to launch. A landing page can be delivered in three to five working days. E-commerce typically takes three to twelve weeks and a custom web application four weeks to six months, depending on integrations. Timelines start once content and design are approved, which is why we agree a content cut-off in week one.
What affects the price the most?
Three things: the number of distinct pages and templates, the number of third-party integrations (payments, shipping, CRM, maps, accounts), and whether you need a staff-editable admin area. A ten-page brochure site and a ten-page site with payments, accounts and reporting are very different projects, and quoting them the same would be dishonest.
Can the website rank on Google?
Nobody can honestly promise a position, and anyone who does is guessing. What we do is remove every technical reason a site struggles to rank: fast loading, semantic structure, unique titles and descriptions, self-referencing canonicals, clean URLs, internal linking, structured data, an XML sitemap and an honest content baseline. Ranking then depends on competition, authority and content, which take time and sustained work.
Is the website mobile friendly?
Yes. Every site is built mobile-first and checked at 320, 375, 390, 414, 768, 1024, 1440 and 1920 pixels. Menus, forms, tables and buttons are designed for thumbs, on-screen keyboards are accounted for, and the heaviest images are deferred. A desktop layout scaled down is not a mobile site.
What do you mean by good Core Web Vitals?
Largest Contentful Paint, Interaction to Next Paint and Cumulative Layout Shift. In practice: the main content should appear quickly on a mid-range phone on mobile data, taps should respond immediately, and the page should not jump around as it loads. We set a performance budget per project and check the built site, not just a design tool.
Can you build ecommerce websites?
Yes. We work with Shopify for stores that need to launch quickly with a proven checkout, and with custom or headless builds where the catalogue, presentation or integrations genuinely require it. Indian payment methods, shipping rules, tax configuration and an admin your team can run are all part of the build.
Can you build school websites?
Yes. School sites cover about, academics, admissions, fees, notices, results, gallery and downloads, with an admission enquiry form and a simple workflow so office staff can update notices and photographs from a phone. We build with student privacy in mind and do not expose individual records.
Can you build college websites?
Yes. College sites add a programme catalogue with search and filtering, department sections, faculty profiles, statutory and accreditation pages, document publishing and role-based editing so each department can update its own content without a central bottleneck.
Can you build custom web applications?
Yes. Internal tools, dashboards, customer portals, booking systems and workflow applications built around your real process, with authentication, roles and permissions, server-side validation, an audit trail and backups. We map the current workflow before recommending a build, and we will say when a simpler tool would do the job.
Can you redesign an existing website?
Yes, and most projects we take on are redesigns. We audit what exists for speed, structure, indexation and content, then recommend honestly between a targeted set of fixes, a restructure, or a full rebuild. We preserve existing URLs with redirects so accumulated search traffic is not lost.
What is included in website maintenance?
A monthly plan typically covers dependency and security updates, daily backups with a scheduled restore test, uptime and certificate monitoring, a set number of small content changes, and a short written report. Anything larger is quoted and approved before it is started.
Who handles hosting?
You choose and you own it. We can deploy to Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, Netlify or a VPS you control. The account is created in your name, you are billed directly by the provider, and there is no reseller markup. If the site is static, the hosting cost for a small business is usually negligible.
Can the website be hosted on Cloudflare?
Yes. This very site is built that way. Cloudflare Pages is an excellent default for a static business site: global delivery, caching, SSL and near-zero cost for small sites. For a site needing a database or server logic, we keep the front end static on Cloudflare and pair it with a small separate backend service.
Who owns the code, content and domain?
You do. The repository, hosting accounts and domain are created in your name and shared with you at handover. There is no proprietary platform and no monthly lock-in: if we stop working together, another developer can pick up the project without a rebuild.
Will I be able to update the site myself?
Yes. Content is managed through a simple editor or a CMS, and you get a recorded walkthrough plus written notes. If you would rather never touch it, maintenance plans include a set number of small content changes each month.
How do we get started?
Send a message through the contact form or WhatsApp with what the business does and what you want the site to achieve. We reply with a short set of questions, then a written scope with a fixed price and a realistic timeline. No obligation, and no sales call you did not ask for.
How do you communicate during a project?
A shared channel for the project, short scheduled reviews at agreed milestones, and written summaries after each. You always know what is happening, what is blocked and what needs a decision from you. There is no account-manager layer between your questions and the person writing the code.
What if I already have content and branding?
Great — that shortens the project. We can work with your existing logo, colours and copy, or extend the design system so the site looks more deliberate than the current materials. If you have no content, we will tell you exactly which pages need real writing or photography, and the effect that will have.
